Cards Terms and Conditions
1) The price of the new card is 7 riyals when purchasing from any of the packages in the offers in the event that the customer does not have a card.
2) Keep the card to recharge it, to increase the balance, and to use the gift exchange points.
3) The company or Sparky's are not responsible in case your card was lost, stolen, or damaged.
4) Coupons and promotions are not redeemable during holidays.
5) Customers can exchange their damaged or lost card for just 12 SAR to issue a new card.
6) Promotions cannot be used with any other offer in Sparky's.
7) The cash balance on the card is consumed first, and then the free credit is consumed.
8) The free credit does not apply in prize and gift games.
9) The free credit is valid for 90 days from the date of charge
10) The cash balance is valid for 180 days from the date of charge
11) Each customer has the right to use a specific number of promotional coupons on their card, according to the company's terms.
12) Customers are entitled to receive an invoice when purchasing the card or recharging it.
13) Customers can know their card balance by scanning the QR barcode on the back of the card.
14) The number of vouchers and the balance that the customer can redeem during promotional offers are subject to the company's policy.
15) The remaining value on the card is non-refundable.
16) Customers can use their cards in any Sparky’s centers linked on the same network, and the company is not responsible for any temporary service interruption due to any problems out of the company's control.
17) Customers must adhere to the riding instructions and safety requirements of each game.
18) Sparky's and Al Hokair Group reserve the right to amend any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
19) The cards are not valid for resale or promotion to others, under penalty of suspending the violating accounts.
