Cards Terms and Conditions :

BAAN Holding Group and Sparky’s strive to provide clear and accessible terms and conditions for using Sparky’s game cards through their official website to ensure transparency and ease of understanding for all customers.

By purchasing a Sparky’s card and/or accessing or using the website (https://ksa.Sparky’sme.com), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Customer information must be registered to maintain the card and benefit from its features.

2. The price of a new card is 7 SAR when purchasing any Sparky’s package, if the customer does not already have a valid card.

3. In case of card loss or damage, the replacement fee is 12 SAR.

4. Replacement of a lost card can only be done through Sparky’s branches after proving card ownership via the Sparky’s official website.

5. When purchasing the card online, the customer will receive a verification code on their registered mobile number, which must be presented at any Sparky’s branch to collect the card.

6. If the customer does not receive an invoice during the purchase process, the recharge will be considered free of charge.

7. You may keep the card for future recharges, to increase balance, and benefit from gift redemption points.

8. The card’s cash balance will be consumed first, followed by the additional balance.

9. The additional balance is not valid for use on prize games, gifts, or points.

10. The validity of both the cash and additional balances is 4 months, starting from the date of card recharge or recharging.

11. Balance cannot be refunded after its expiration.

12. The customer is not entitled to a refund if any part of the balance has been used, or if the refund is requested on a different day than the purchase date, or at a different location.

13. Customers can check their card balance by scanning the QR code on the back of the card, in addition to reviewing the updated terms and conditions and balance validity.

14. The number of vouchers and balance a customer may redeem during promotional periods is subject to company policy. Each customer may redeem a limited number of promotional vouchers according to Sparky’s and the company’s terms and conditions.

15. Vouchers and promotional offers are not valid for redemption during the following periods: school holidays, official holidays, and national days as per the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia calendar.

16. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer at Sparky’s.

17. Cards are not valid for resale or promotion on websites not authorized by Sparky’s or Baan Holding Group.

18. Sparky’s or the company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

19. The card can be used at Sparky’s centers that are connected on the same network. The company is not responsible for service interruptions at any center due to issues beyond its control.

20. Customers must comply with ride instructions and safety regulations posted at each game.

21. By purchasing the card, you agree and acknowledge that Sparky’s and/or the company may update or modify the terms and conditions or any other information at any time without prior notice. The new terms become effective once published on the website or posted on-site at Sparky’s.

22. You are advised to read these terms and conditions every time you visit the website to stay informed about the applicable terms and conditions.

23. The customer agrees that while visiting Sparky’s locations, Sparky’s and the company have the right to photograph or record the customer, their companions, or children via video, photo, or audio recording, and grants permission for Sparky’s and the company to use these materials in advertisements, digital content, printed materials, or social media without any financial compensation or reimbursement.
